Please double check that you have entered the correct code. If you redeem your voucher on the last day of its validity, it may have expired at a certain time. Please contact us and we will be happy to extend your voucher or find out where the error is.

Each voucher can only be used once, if you have not used the full value in one order, please contact us. We will issue a new voucher for the remaining amount for your next order.
